Trunk Rotations

It is the exercise for lower back part that involves trunk rotations. You should lie down in such a way that the legs are bent at your knees. The feet should remain in flat on the floor while the knees touching and vice versa. You should bring the knees to extreme right as much as you can as it will contract the abdominal muscles. Hold on for 5 seconds and bring the knees to the extreme left. Wait for 5 seconds in the same manner. Always perform 10 repetitions on each side to complete the exercise

Knee-to-Chest Stretch

It is a good exercise to heal the muscles of you pack. You should lie down on back so that the knees are bent. First you have to bring the tight leg towards your chest. It is good if you place the hands behind the thigh by pulling the leg closer to the chest. Wait for 10 seconds and repeat at least 3 times for each leg. Now do the same with the left leg.

Prone Back Extension

It is an ideal exercise if you want to increase the flexibility of the muscles at the lower back. Lie down in a way so that the elbows are on the floor. Now you should raise the upper body off the floor. Your arms straight you need to lift the entire abdomen off the surface by keeping the hands on the floor. Now in this pose you have to arch the spine towards the back. It will stretch the lower back. Wait for 30 seconds and repeat for about three times.

Hamstring Stretch

It is the stretch for the hamstring muscles present at the back of the thighs. It reduces the strain of the back muscles and treats the spasms. Lie down on the floor in order to extend the right leg. Now bend the left leg in such a way the foot bottom touches the right thigh. Arms should be stretched out and incline forward to the right leg as much as you are able to do so. Hold on for 15 seconds and continue for three repetitions with each leg.
